Tom Shircliff is a co-founder of Intelligent Buildings, a smart real estate service firm founded in 2004. Intelligent building provides services for technology strategy, vendor risk management and portfolio decarbonization.

Kira Dickson is a Technology Program Manager within Google's Real Estate and Workplace Services organization (REWS). She is responsible for evaluating and delivering technologies to enable REWS objectives, with a specific focus on Workplace Utilization. Prior to this, Kira was the Intelligent Environments Lead at the Google R+D Lab for the Built Environment, and an early employee at Comfy-Siemens (previously Building Robotics). Kira is passionate about leveraging data and innovation to transform our built environment.

Archie Mahalingam is QuadReal's Director, Digital Buildings & Systems currently managing deployment of smart building innovation projects across its portfolios. He has worked as a mechanical consultant on the designs of new mechanical systems as well as a contractor on the deployment of building systems. Archie previously also led a team that deployed one of the largest commercial building automation projects in Canada.

Luke Getto is the Director of Product Management and Marketing at VoltServer, a startup disrupting the energy sector with its patented Digital Electricity™. His professional experience includes design engineering, project management, product management, and senior leadership positions. He has worked on wireless communications from GPS satellites to terrestrial wireless networks. Luke is passionate about transitioning electrical power infrastructure that is safer, more resilient and based on renewable energy.

Marc Petock, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Lynxspring since 2012, leads corporate strategy, product vision, and brand development, including JENEsys Edge®, Onyxx®, and E2E™. Previously VP of Global Marketing at Tridium, he helped position Niagara as the industry’s open platform for smart buildings, growing its adoption from 18K to 475K instances. A recognized industry leader, Marc is an advocate for open standards, semantic tagging, data modeling, and OT cybersecurity. He is a frequent speaker, published author, and recipient of multiple industry awards. Marc also advises Realcomm and co-founded Project Haystack, where he serves on the Board.

Jeff Thompson is Vice President of Product Management at Building Engines. Jeff joined Building Engines in 2018 via its acquisition of AwareManager, where he was Co-Founder and CEO. He has 30 years of experience applying technology to complex problems in the built environment in the Americas and abroad, including product design, engineering, and solution architecture for top tier owner/developer/managers and facilities management assignments. At Building Engines, Jeff’s responsibilities include the core modules of Prism, the company’s next generation platform for connected real estate.

Serves as Director of Solutions Architecture at Albireo Energy and is an industry leader in innovative solutions for the facility automation and smart building industry. During his career, he has focused on solutions for complex control and automation systems. His clients span the Power Utility, Waste Water, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Research Laboratory, Mission Critical Computing and Energy Management industries. With nearly 30 years of experience, his projects include Fault-Tolerant and Mission Critical facilities for some of the largest organizations in the world. In recent years, he has focused on solutions for large-scale system integration in the areas of real-time information analysis, data visualization, cyber security and critical operations.
