Previously, he served as Director of Product at Lucid Design Group and was a product manager at Johnson Controls.
Kevin Abel is the co-founder and Executive Director of REALTY|share, a technology solution and consulting company focused on delivering real estate document management, portal, and process automation solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform. In 1994, Kevin founded Abel Solutions, the parent company of REALTY|share. Jeff Adler is Vice President, Yardi® Matrix, which offers the industry’s most comprehensive market intelligence service for multifamily, office, industrial, self storage and student housing property types. He also serves as Yardi’s industry principal for the self storage, manufactured housing and associations markets. Prior to joining Yardi, Jeff held positions at AIMCO, Progressive Insurance, Oppenheimer & Co. and Strategic Planning Associates Inc., among others.
Aaron Altscher is the VP, IT at Carr. Aaron leads IT innovation efforts and is the architect and developer for Carr’s Data Analytics, IoT, Machine Learning/AI, and Hospitality platforms. Aaron’s 2022 focus is on IT innovation around data automation and the return to work movement.
Vijay Anand, VP for AI & Data at MRI, leads the creation of top-tier AI-based real estate software, leveraging over 20 years of experience in product development at the Big 4. Harnessing AI, ML, data, and analytics, he builds insightful solutions that address customer problems, all while pioneering in product strategy and delivering cloud-based global solutions.
Stuart is an award-winning digital innovation and transformation leader recognized for strategic leadership. As the founder of Bay Tech Advisors, Stuart is an advisor to various PropTech startups and VCs and he provides Digital and Technology advice to firms across the real estate, private equity, and investment management industries. Stuart is currently on the board of the US Proptech Council and was previously an Innovation & Technology leader at CBRE, where he led their technology and smart buildings work at Google.
Farukh Aslam is the Chief Executive Officer of Sinclair Digital (SD) a low voltage design and consulting company developing Digital DC-Microgrid Buildings. In 2019, Aslam successfully developed the Sinclair Marriott Autograph Hotel which is widely considered the most diverse PoE and DC Microgrid project in North America. From the completion of the Sinclair Hotel, Aslam created SD to bring expertise of the sustainability and cost benefits of a DC building infrastructure to the marketplace. Since its inception SD has been involved in several design build projects and continues to evolve DC infrastructure in buildings.
Marlena Badway has fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate focused on strategy and business transformation. Tom Beaudry is a distinguished leader in the audiovisual industry, currently serving as the President of Onyx AudioVisual. With over 35 years of experience, both nationally and internationally, Tom has been instrumental in positioning Onyx as an industry leader in AV technology. Previously, Sarah managed investor and corporate relations at Paramount Group, a fully-integrated REIT headquartered in New York.
Howard Berger has over 30 years of experience in technology and commercial/investment real estate. As Realcomm's SVP Programs, he manages its US and international conferences and CIO programs. Previously, he was with The Jamesan Group, which specialized in strategic technology consulting for the commercial real estate industry and prior to that, he was with TRW Real Estate Information Systems where he developed real estate information systems for the mortgage, appraisal and title insurance industries.
Ajoy Bhattacharya is a Senior Technology Strategist working within Microsoft’s AEC sub vertical. In his role he works with CIOs and other executives to strategize on their IT and Innovation plans. He also serves as an Industry Executive for the AEC space. Prior to joining Microsoft Ajoy was a senior leader in IT and Innovation roles at Suffolk Construction, one of largest privately held General Contractors and a leader in the Construction industry. His passion lies in disrupting the construction industry and some of his works has led to innovative solutions for this industry that were created on Microsoft’s platforms.
Corey Blatt is the National Smart Buildings Program Manager in the Facility Technology and Innovation branch of Office of Facilities Management (OFM). In this role, he oversees all aspects of the Smart Building program to include integration guidance, Fault Detection & Diagnosis (FDD) also known as GSAlink, and technical advice in the implementation of program policy, goals, plans and objectives. Corey had a 20 year career in all aspects of BAS in the private sector prior to joining GSA.

The group develops connectivity solutions to facilitate Smart Cities and Connected Places. Phil has a deep knowledge of public, private and commercial wireless and fiber optic network architecture. He has worked with cities and municipalities to develop design standards and commercial models for the deployment of shared wireless infrastructure.
Josh Bradshaw is Global Head of Workplace Innovation at Visa. For over 20 years he’s designed and implemented real estate technology solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, office, smart home and smart building. Prior to joining Visa in 2019, Josh worked at BlackRock and in Silicon Valley tech and real estate companies. He enjoys enabling change by architecting and implementing innovative solutions and lives by his mantra: Don’t work for technology; make technology work for you.
Clayton Broemsen is VP of IT Infrastructure for Cousins Properties, a REIT based in Atlanta, GA. He is responsible for all aspects of Cousins’ IT Infrastructure as it applies to the Corporate Office and Property Infrastructure including Networks, End User Devices, Security, Data Centers and Disaster Recovery.
Joe Brown is responsible for enhancing technology, innovation, resiliency and sustainability, driving value across KingSett's real estate portfolio of over $16 billion of assets under management. He began his career consulting on energy projects and building commissioning and has spent the last 15 years in building technology and operations through various roles.
Jenny Brusgul is the Sustainability Advisory Practice Leader at CohnReznick and has extensive experience as a transformative business strategist and environmental sustainability leader. She helps clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors develop and implement sustainability strategies centered on driving shareholder value through decarbonization, climate mitigation and adaptation, energy efficiency, and sustainable financing.
Anto Budiardjo is CEO of Padi.io. He has been a veteran in the connected building space since 1989, having developed numerous integration platforms for buildings focused on interoperability. Today, Anto focuses on system integration in the Internet era with an online platform Padi.io. Core to Padi is the advocacy of CNS/CP (Connection Profiles), an interoperation mechanism being adopted as the open mechanism by Digital Twin communities.
Rob Cain is Dealpath's SVP of Product, bringing over two decades of experience at the forefront of building solutions for the global real estate industry including nearly 10 years with CoStar, one of today’s leading providers of commercial real estate information, marketing, and technology. Most recently, he served as VP of Product Design where Rob led the team responsible for numerous commercial information products within the company.
Scott Cardenas serves as Managing Director and the Chief Technology Officer for Bridge Investment Group. Over his career, Scott has worked globally implementing enterprise solutions to drive innovation, business efficiency and standardization. Prior to Bridge, Scott worked as the Chief Information Officer for the City and County of Denver. He oversaw the implementation of a new ERP platform, which served over 13K employees and 23 lines of business. In addition, Denver also implemented a new CRM platform that interfaced with over 700K residents, which improved overall communication and engagement.
Robin Carnahan currently serves as the Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). As Administrator, she is working to empower GSA career professionals and build on the agency’s efforts to deliver the best value in real estate, acquisition, and technology services to the government and American people. Prior to joining GSA, Carnahan served in executive and leadership roles in business, academia and government, including as the Secretary of State of Missouri (2005-2013), and founded and led the State and Local Government Practice at 18F, a tech consultancy, inside GSA (2016–2020).
Joy Caspar is Vornado’s Vice President of Operations Technology & Innovation, responsible for the specification of building operational technologies and the implementation of base building networks for Operations’ Technology & Innovation group. She is also involved in the design and coordination of building technology, infrastructure, and connectivity for Vornado’s Development and Construction divisions.
David Charney is the Global COO of Stealth Monitoring and UCIT online security, a proactive live video surveillance company based in Dallas, TX. He has helped grow the company into a North American market leader servicing large real estate companies. Stealth Monitoring prevents crimes or theft in real time by employing 500+ people and analytic technology to watch over 18,000 cameras every night leading to 500+ police apprehensions per year.
Chris Christensen is the Cybersecurity Director for Honeywell Building Automation (BA). He leads a team that is responsible for educating and helping customers’ efforts to protect their operational technology (OT) critical infrastructure environments. Chris oversees the cybersecurity business globally, including the integration with development, partnerships, marketing of solutions, sales, and operations.He passionately believes that cybersecurity is everyone's shared responsibility and through awareness, education, accountability and positive reinforcement, everyone in an organization can work together to create a safer environment.
Michael Clawar is SVP, Innovation at Altus Group, where he leads data science, innovation, and data & analytics solution development. Michael joined Altus Group in 2021 following the acquisition of StratoDem Analytics, a data science as a service firm he founded and ran. He specializes in building technology solutions for commercial real estate through applied machine learning, AI, and econometrics.
Travis Connors is a Co-Founder and General Partner of Building Ventures, the firm’s Built Environment Innovation Fund and a Board Member at Smartvid.io. Travis has worked closely with emerging startups in the Boston area for the past seventeen years.
Joe Consolo is an industry principal with more than 20 years of business leadership experience. He has expertise in business development, operational excellence, sustainability and team leadership. Joe worked in multiple industries, including the energy, commercial, oil and gas, semiconductor, and medical fields. He started his career at Yardi in 2016 and has been instrumental in leading our growing energy business.
Shaun Cooley is the Founder and CEO of Mapped, the independent data layer for commercial real estate powering the future of PropTech. With over 25 years of industry experience, he previously served as Vice President & CTO for Cisco’s Internet of Things (IoT) Business, responsible for Cisco’s long-term IoT technology strategy. Prior to that, he was a Distinguished Engineer for Norton, by Symantec, contributing to the creation and advancement of offerings in the Norton portfolio. Shaun holds a master’s degree in computer science from University of Illinois and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). He is an active angel investor and a start-up mentor through Forum Ventures. Shaun is named inventor on over 125 issued United States patents and was previously a director of the Open Connectivity Foundation and former board member of Attivo Networks.
Tim Coombs has 20 years of experience managing technical facilities and projects across manufacturing, oil and gas, and technology industries in Canada, Australia, and the US. Currently at Google in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tim leads the Technical Services and Strategy team within Google’s Real Estate division. The portfolio includes 200 buildings, almost all of which have a digital twin, allowing for real-time building performance optimization and enhancement.

As Chief Knowledge Officer since May 2025, Sandeep Davé works to advance CBRE as a data-driven company that harnesses unmatched knowledge and insight to create value for the company’s people and clients and accelerate its growth. In this role, he oversees CBRE’s Digital & Technology, Strategy and Research teams, bringing together the company’s key technology, data, insight and thought leadership capabilities to work in alignment across the enterprise. Darryl DeAngelis is the Director of Business Development for EBTRON since 2018, a well-known pioneer in thermal dispersion airflow measurement and control technology. He has over 40 years in the HVAC industry, four related patents and, obtained LEED AP in 2003. Darryl is a voting member of ASHRAE and ASTM, developing standards and guidelines focused on indoor air quality (IAQ), energy and sustainability, controls, and maintenance. He represents EBTRON as a member of the board of directors for ASHB, a partner of IFMA, AABC, NASECO.
Edi Demaj is one of the Co-Founders of KODE Labs and is a key contributor to the vision and roadmap for the company. He is responsible for helping bridge the gap between technology, product and other areas within the company. Prior to KODE Labs, he was the Co-Founder of Rocket Fiber, top three fastest internet providers in America and a Managed Services provider.
Etrit Demaj is a co-founder of KODE Labs and a key contributor behind its vision and product roadmap. With over 15 years in the real estate industry, he developed a deep understanding of the untapped potential of data in the built environment. Recognizing the need for a smarter, more connected future, he co-founded KODE Labs alongside his brother, Edi Demaj, and friend, Gentrit Gojani. Together, they built a cloud-based, vendor-agnostic smart building operating system that transforms how buildings are managed. Under his leadership, KODE has accelerated the adoption of cloud computing and data engineering in real estate, enhancing the experiences of those who live, work, and interact with the spaces it powers. In recognition of his contributions, Etrit was honored with the Entrepreneur of The Year® 2023 Michigan and Northwest Ohio Award.
Drew DePriest is a Director of Real Estate Operations Technology at McKesson. Prior to joining McKesson, Drew worked as a Facilities Management Technology for a large technology client at CBRE, where he previously led Digital Solutions globally for the firm's workplace experience platform, Host. Prior to CBRE, Drew headed the global Collaboration Services team at Aon, led business development at workplace technology startup Comfy (acquired by Siemens), and spent 12 years operations and business development at building automation firm Automated Logic.
In joining BuildingHub, Tom brings 20+ years of sales experience with a concentration in Commercial, Hospitality, and Multi-Family Real Estate software. Tom prides himself in providing strategic direction to ensure alignment between product and service offerings and his clients’ needs.
Sach Diwan is the Global Head of Data and Digital Products at LaSalle Technology. In this role, he oversees all strategic aspects of business technology and is responsible for driving innovation in global data and digital technology. Previously, Sach was a Senior Vice President at Northern Trust Asset Servicing, where he held product leadership roles in investment data science and investment operations and led numerous global implementations for investment operations outsourcing and outsourced trading for the company's leading investment management clients.
Vicki Dodig has 30 years of experience working with real estate technology. Starting as a financial analyst for Forest City Enterprises, she worked her way up to management of all business applications. Vicki joined Yardi as a Systems Consultant and quickly advanced to Director of Professional Services managing a team that completed many implementation projects for financial institutions and property management companies, both domestic and global. Vicki’s current focus at Yardi is managing account relationships for existing Investment Management clients.
Marcus Ellson is a Product Manager for Autonomous Control and Digital Platforms at Trane. With an educational background in electrical engineering and management of technology, Marcus brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to his role. In his 16 years with Trane he has held various roles, most recently managing a team of application engineers responsible for enterprise, system, and unit controls development. In his career Marcus has helped Trane develop solutions in enterprise software, building control, system integration, service tools and more.
Robert Entin is currently EVP and CIO for Vornado Realty Trust, one of the nation's largest real estate investment trusts. Robert had founded Integrated Business Systems, Inc. in 1979 combining technical engineering expertise with accounting and property management experience to provide turnkey technology solutions for the real estate industry.
Jeff Ewing directs 5Q’s Security Operations and Architecture Services. Throughout the first portion of his 25+ career, Jeff provided management consulting and technology advisory services to C-Level and IT Leadership across all real estate verticals. As a trusted consultant, he has executed projects for clients around cloud transformation services, process automation, infrastructure design and data governance. Since obtaining a CISSP in 2012, Jeff has been instrumental in cyber security solutions such as secure cloud applications development, maturity assessments and remediation, awareness training programs and the development of cyber security policies and procedures.
Stuart Feilden is a Digital Transformation Leader with over 20 years of experience in the smart building technology sector. As the Digital Business Director for Enterprise Accounts at Siemens Industry Inc., he spearheads digital transformation programs using the Siemens Building X platform and partner ecosystem. Stuart is known for his strategic planning, client advocacy, and team development skills. With a history of leading global programs and consistently enhancing client relationships, Stuart brings a passion for innovation and a knack for turning challenges into opportunities, making him a valuable voice in discussions on digital innovation and smart building technologies.
Talia Fine is the SVP, Technology, responsible for the strategy and oversight of technology at Tanger. Prior to joining Tanger, Talia worked at Brookfield in both the office and retail sectors. She has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Brett Fisher is the Senior Director of Product Management for Workplace Service Delivery, and is tasked with defining and executing on the roadmap for the platform. Previously, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, with responsibilities in leading the IWMS practice. Brett has a decade of experience in leveraging technology to enable the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) function. He has led real estate technology strategy engagements, inclusive of technology system selection and modernization programs. He has relationships with real estate leaders, orchestrated the relationships with a variety of technology partners, and is a published thought leader, commenting on the future of real estate technology.
Charles Fisher leads Risk Analytics for JLL Americas’ Risk Advisory business. In this role, he engages with global lenders and institutional owners to assess risk in their global portfolios using artificial intelligence and proprietary JLL technology. Risk Advisory provides lenders and institutional owners with automated valuation models (AVMs) and risk analytics to monitor their CRE portfolio in real time to balance risk and opportunity. Clients use deliverables as inputs to perform market and sector research, benchmark performance against competitors, inform decision-making, complement existing risk or management processes, and align with regulatory requirements on collateral monitoring.
Greg Fitzpatrick is the Business Development Leader for IoT and Integration at Cochrane Supply and Engineering, where he supports end users, consulting engineers and systems integrators in the area of IoT, Integration and Enterprise Software. With over 25 years in the Building Systems and Controls business, he helps clients match new technology for Smart Buildings through specification writing, technology presentations and design assistance. Greg is also Executive Director for the Real Estate Cyber Consortium (RECC) focused on promoting cyber security awareness for operational technology.
Jonathan (JP) Flaherty is the Director of Sustainability at Tishman Speyer, one of the leading owners, developers, operators and fund managers of first-class real estate worldwide. In this role, he manages sustainability certificates, investor communications, worldwide performance tracking, and technological innovation implementation.
James Florian is the SVP, CIO of Related Companies, a privately owned real estate firm with a portfolio of over $60 billion in real estate assets owned or under development that is made up of best-in-class mixed-use, residential, retail, office and affordable properties. Prior to becoming CIO, James was the CISO at Related Companies. He has over 20 years of experience in helping businesses navigate the digital landscape, optimize infrastructure technology, and secure company assets.
David is the Industry Principal of AI at Yardi, where he works closely with the sales team to help clients understand how Yardi’s solutions align with their business needs. A real estate technology, AI, and IT guru with deep sales expertise and entrepreneurial roots, David brings decades of experience bridging the gap between technical innovation and real-world application.
Monsoon Fu is the Director of Product & Innovation (DoPI) at Jule (eCAMION Inc) – a Toronto-based Energy Storage & EV Charging Solution Provider. Youhan’s professional interests and specialities include Li-ion Battery Energy Storage Systems, Power Electronics, Protection for Battery & DC Circuits and Modern Control Systems. In addition, Youhan is also actively striving to create industry-academic interaction, minimize repeated R&D and extend research verification. In the past, he has served as VP-Marketing & Creativity for UTFUN Organization , and Chair-Industry Relations for IEEE Toronto Section.
Nate Fyie is the Global Head of Modern Workplace Services at RealFoundations and has twenty years of technology experience in infrastructure, engineering, leadership, and design. He specializes in developing and executing IT strategy, with a focus on digitally transforming traditional IT departments to meet the changing needs of their business. Prior to joining RealFoundations, Nate spent over ten years in the REIT industry, leading Macerich’s corporate IT infrastructure teams and designing property technology solutions.
Susan Gerock currently serves as SVP, Information Technology and CIO for Elme Communities, formerly known as WashREIT. She has over 25 years' experience in various technology roles spanning manufacturing, consulting, application service provider and commercial real estate organizations. Her specialties include ERP selection and implementation, project and change management, and cybersecurity. She is also a proponent of the use of social media and the overlapping relationship between technology and marketing.
Zander Geronimos is the Head of North America for PRODA, the leading platform for automating critical property data for investors and lenders and trusted by Blackstone, PIMCO and 100+ others. He leads relationships and communications with key players across the real estate value chain and the proptech community. Prior to joining PRODA, Zander was Metaprop’s Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. He’s also worked in strategic data analysis, marketing and solutions engineering.
Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software, he has spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. Patrick has led corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, he has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate verticals.
Amanda Gibb has over 17 years’ experience in the commercial real estate space, leading technology teams for the past 10 years at Westfield, Starwood Retail, JLL, and now Bedrock in Detroit, MI.
