Kim Scharf has held various technology positions during her thirty-year career. She is the Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Curbline Properties Corp., a position she assumed in October of 2024. Before this, Kim was Senior Vice President of Information Systems at SITE Centers Corp., and Vice President of IT Enterprise Services for DDR Corp.

Jim Whalen serves as SVP and CIO/CTO responsible for the direction and implementation of technology and applications at Boston Properties, a fully integrated real estate investment trust and one of the largest owners and developers of Class-A office properties in the United States. Over a 27-year IT career, Jim has supported real estate operations ranging from residential, construction, public housing, commercial office and retail.

Arik Kogan is a PropTech specialist dedicated to modernizing real estate companies constrained by outdated systems. With over 20 years in product delivery and consulting for real estate software, he now leads Specialist Solutions Architecture at MRI Software. Arik focuses on crucial industry needs such as footfall analytics, energy utilization, carbon accounting, building operations, investment management, and business insights, leveraging artificial intelligence to drive innovation.

Julius Marchwicki, Vice President, Digital Product Management, is responsible for the development and lifecycle of OpenBlue Software Solutions, FM:Systems Products and Solutions, and Connected Services Software for Johnson Controls. Prior to joining Johnson Controls in 2022, Julius held various leadership roles, most recently as the Chief Product Manager for Ford’s Enterprise Connectivity Business, which included leading product management of FordPass, Ford’s global mobile customer experience application. Prior to that role, he was the COO of a software as a service startup within Ford known then as Ford Commercial Solutions and spent 4 years leading Ford’s Connected Car business for Asia-Pacific, based in Shanghai, China.

Marc Petock, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Lynxspring since 2012, leads corporate strategy, product vision, and brand development, including JENEsys Edge®, Onyxx®, and E2E™. Previously VP of Global Marketing at Tridium, he helped position Niagara as the industry’s open platform for smart buildings, growing its adoption from 18K to 475K instances. A recognized industry leader, Marc is an advocate for open standards, semantic tagging, data modeling, and OT cybersecurity. He is a frequent speaker, published author, and recipient of multiple industry awards. Marc also advises Realcomm and co-founded Project Haystack, where he serves on the Board.
