Sean Nealon is the Information Security leader for Brookfield Properties Retail Group (Formerly GGP). Brookfield Properties Retail Group is a large Real Estate Investment Trust managing 161 retail properties in 42 states which encompass 146 million square feet. In this role, he has created an information security program from the ground up and established a risk management strategy for the corporate offices and vast amount of IoT devices across the portfolio.

Sandy Shadchehr is currently the Director of Buildings Technology Services Division within the Office of IT at GSA. Her office supports the Public Buildings Service (PBS) at GSA, the landlord for the civilian federal government. They provide IT project management support for integration activities related to IoT technologies and, and fosters strong partnerships with key stakeholders and the industry. More recently, Sandy has taken aim on cybersecurity launching initiatives to protect critical systems and sensitive information from digital attacks. She has developed executive business cases to address cybersecurity risks posed by IoT and led cross-organizational efforts to mitigate cyber risks at GSA.

Cory Clarke leads product management at View for the Smart Building Cloud, the industry’s first complete, cloud-native platform for smart buildings. He brings 20+ years of experience bridging technology and design to deliver compelling user experiences. Trained as an architect, he transitioned to software development and worked with start-ups and enterprises on products from 3D gaming to prefab manufacturing.

Jeff Ewing directs 5Q’s Security Operations and Architecture Services. Throughout the first portion of his 25+ career, Jeff provided management consulting and technology advisory services to C-Level and IT Leadership across all real estate verticals. As a trusted consultant, he has executed projects for clients around cloud transformation services, process automation, infrastructure design and data governance. Since obtaining a CISSP in 2012, Jeff has been instrumental in cyber security solutions such as secure cloud applications development, maturity assessments and remediation, awareness training programs and the development of cyber security polices and procedures.

Steve Fey is CEO of Totem Buildings. Fey is an industry expert in operational technology with over 35 years in building automation, physical security, and industrial automation. Previously, he was CEO of Tridium from 2006 to 2012 and more recently served as president of Proxios, a mid-Atlantic, “IT as a Service” firm.
