Chris Johnson is a Senior Managing Consultant with RealFoundations and has 15 years of experience in real estate management consulting with a concentrated focus on serving the investment manager and owner/operator market sectors. Chris has extensive experience leading clients through large-scale, transformative projects and has delivered successful outcomes to over 30 clients.

Joe Moskowitz has spent numerous years focusing on the intersection of technology and commercial real estate in various growth related capacities. Currently, he is helping lead Business Development, Solutions and Partnerships at Dealpath, the industry’s top cloud-based deal management platform for investment teams. Formerly, he was Head of Strategic Partnerships and Technical Solutions at VTS wherehe played a key part in solidifying the leasing platform’s position as a leader in the real estate technology space. Prior to VTS, Moskowitz focused on business technology at J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Real Assets group.
