He currently represents the company's market data, analytics and management application solutions for corporate and retail tenants.

Jessica Morris holds over 15 years of experience creating greener, smarter, more sustainable buildings. She started her career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer specializing in nuclear propulsion, overseeing the operations and maintenance of nuclear reactors on aircraft carriers. Before her current role at Turntide, she served as global director of product marketing for Digital Lumens, an Industrial IoT solutions company.

As Director of Global Data Services, Ian Niblock brings over 25 years of software design and development experience to MRI Software. He works with global organizations including Lego, Rail Italia, Kimco Realty, and Growthpoint, focusing on integration, data modelling and data standards. Ian also spearheaded the development of new real estate data & reporting platform, integrating communication across over 300 solutions globally.
