Sunder Pappu has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently the SVP Head of Technology Strategy at Inland Real Estate Group. Prior to Inland, Sunder worked at JP Morgan Chase, Avanade and Deloitte Consulting, holding leadership positions in the areas of strategy consulting, project management and application delivery.

Vijay Anand, VP for AI & Data at MRI, leads the creation of top-tier AI-based real estate software, leveraging over 20 years of experience in product development at the Big 4. Harnessing AI, ML, data, and analytics, he builds insightful solutions that address customer problems, all while pioneering in product strategy and delivering cloud-based global solutions.

Gijo Mathew is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at VTS, the commercial real estate industry’s leading leasing and asset management platform. In this role, Gijo leads VTS’ product, design, and innovation teams to develop the solutions trusted by landlords and brokers to manage more than 10 billion square feet of assets globally. Gijo is a seasoned product and technology leader with more than two decades of experience in the strategy and execution of products for both established and emerging companies. Gijo is passionate about solving customer problems, is a regular speaker at industry and product management events, and enjoys advising startups about the craft of product management.

Vineet Sinha is Executive Director and Product General Manager in Johnson Controls’ Digital Solutions business. With a career spanning 21 years, he has been at the forefront of deploying cloud, digital and IoT technologies for companies across the globe. In his current role, Vineet enables customers to achieve their smart building and sustainability goals with a solution portfolio that spans analytics, experiences and AI-enabled services. As an innovator and SME, he holds several patents in building controls and digital technologies.

As vice president for commercial real estate, Brian Sutherland is responsible for leading the US commercial sales and marketing organization. Additionally, heoversees sales, marketing and product strategies for Yardi's commercial real estate asset management, procurement, coworking and energy solutions. Before joining Yardi, he spent 15 years as founder and president of several start-up companies.

Lauren Alpeyrie is a Director of Global Innovation at PGIM Real Estate, where she manages strategic projects and partnerships to advance innovation, adoption of new technology, and data strategy across PGIM Real Estate’s global debt and equity businesses. She has over 10 years of experience leading efforts in digital transformation, growth and go-to-market strategy, and transaction advisory in technology and commercial real estate.

Aaron Altscher is the Director of Technology Initiatives at Carr Properties. Aaron leads IT innovation efforts and is the architect and developer for Carr’s Data Analytics, IoT, Machine Learning/AI, and Hospitality platforms. Aaron’s 2022 focus is on IT innovation around data automation and the return to work movement.

Edi Demaj is one of the Co-Founders of KODE Labs and is a key contributor to the vision and roadmap for the company. He is responsible for helping bridge the gap between technology, product and other areas within the company. Prior to KODE Labs, he was the Co-Founder of Rocket Fiber, top three fastest internet providers in America and a Managed Services provider.

Joseph Martino has responsibility for Primaris’ overall Information Technology strategy. He has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation and Technology Operations. Joseph was previously consulting on ERP and major Digital Transformation projects and prior to that, Global VP of Information Technology at a market leader in connected vehicle and sensor technology.

Ajoy Bhattacharya is a Senior Technology Strategist working within Microsoft’s AEC sub vertical. In his role he works with CIOs and other executives to strategize on their IT and Innovation plans. He also serves as an Industry Executive for the AEC space. Prior to joining Microsoft Ajoy was a senior leader in IT and Innovation roles at Suffolk Construction, one of largest privately held General Contractors and a leader in the Construction industry. His passion lies in disrupting the construction industry and some of his works has led to innovative solutions for this industry that were created on Microsoft’s platforms.

Stuart Appley is a Managing Director in CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Group, where he is responsible for providing executive technology oversight and consulting to clients. Stuart also has a technology innovation & thought leadership role, helping to develop, drive, and lead pilots on innovative digital projects across CBRE. He was previously the CIO at Shorenstein Realty Services, where he led the transformation of the company’s technology environment into an innovative and best in class organization.

Sandeep Davé is the Chief Digital & Technology Officer for CBRE. In this role, Sandeep leads the company’s digital strategy and all aspects of technology globally. He and his team provide the technology capabilities and infrastructure to support CBRE’s clients and professionals across the globe. Prior to his current role, Sandeep served as Chief Digital and Technology Officer for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business with responsibility for digital enablement and transformation of the business.

Andrew Segal formed Boxer Property in September 1992. Under his oversight, the company has successfully reached into segments as diverse as resort hotels, retail centers, office and other real estate businesses, accounting for approximately 20 million square feet of space across the United States. He is the co-founder of Stemmons Enterprise software company.

Justin Segal is an operations executive and entrepreneur specializing in real estate investment and management, startups, and technology. He is the founder of Stemmons Enterprise, a universal operations platform that allows companies to operate with pervasive data and unparalleled agility. He often speaks on topics involving enterprise data, analytics, and user experience.

Karthik SJ, VP of Product Management, leads Product Development and Strategy at Aisera. Before Aisera, he led AI & ML for the Customer Experience Group at SAP Palo Alto, launching innovative products globally. Karthik holds multiple patents in AI, Integration, and Business Process Management.

For more than two decades, Yash Bajpai has helped his customers make their digital transformation journey in IT and physical security domains. By partnering with customers across architecture, operations and executive teams, he understands their unique challenges and demonstrates real value quickly. Yash spends a lot of his time in the field and is always eager to listen and share relevant customer stories. Currently, he leads a talented team of sales engineers at Ambient.ai and together they are on a mission to show everyone how computer vision is revolutionizing physical security everywhere.

Josh Bradshaw is Global Head of Workplace Innovation at Visa. For over 15 years he’s designed and implemented real estate technology solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, office, smart home and smart building. Prior to joining Visa in 2019, Josh worked at BlackRock and in Silicon Valley tech and real estate companies. He enjoys enabling change by architecting and implementing innovative solutions and lives by his mantra: Don’t work for technology; make technology work for you.

Howard Berger has over 30 years of experience in technology and commercial/investment real estate. As Realcomm's SVP Programs, he manages its US and international conferences and CIO programs. Previously, he was with The Jamesan Group, which specialized in strategic technology consulting for the commercial real estate industry and prior to that, he was with TRW Real Estate Information Systems where he developed real estate information systems for the mortgage, appraisal and title insurance industries.

As Managing Partner, SVP of Strategy & Business Development, Lisa Woods is responsible for developing Realcomm's strategic relationships with the technology companies that participate in the company's conferences, seminars and CIO events. Prior to joining Realcomm, Lisa spent 10 years working with building owners and managers, providing technology solutions in telecommunications, access control and security.
