Corporate America remains one of the largest stakeholders with respect to buildings. Their Corporate portfolios consist of a wide variety of corporate headquarters, regional facilities and retail space, and the task of rightsizing, managing, updating and transacting these assets is daunting. Despite a wide variety of mature, cost effective technology the vision of hyper efficiency and effectiveness is elusive. Underutilization, inaccurate information relating to owned and leased space, outdated leasing practices and designs that constantly require a refresh, the industry continues to challenge professionals on the adoption of new innovative ideas. Whether it is cell phones that work in the office, information systems that accurately manage portfolio details, smart, energy efficient facilities or the latest in open floor plans, technology continues to play a major role in the strategy. This world-class panel will offer keen insights on how technology, automation and innovation will continue to impact how we design, build, lease, operate and use corporate space!
