Real Estate / Facility Professional:
General Registration is open to all Real Estate / Facility Professionals in the industry.
This Full Conference pass includes the following: Opening & Keynote Session, All Educational Sessions, (Unless noted) All Networking Events, and Exhibit Floor. Valid for the entire length of the conference.

Integrators and Consultants:
Registration is open to the following:
1. A person or company who specialize in bringing together component subsystems for Commercial & Corporate Real Estate applications.
2. A person or company that provided consultative services to the Commercial & Corporate Real Estate industry. This Full Conference pass includes the following: Opening & Keynote Session, All Educational Sessions, (Unless noted) All Networking Events, and Exhibit Floor. Valid for the entire length of the conference.

Technology Solution Providers:
Companies who provide technology products/solutions to the commercial and corporate real estate industry may only attend this event if they are participating as sponsors or exhibitors. For more information, visit our Sponsorship page.

Group Registration:
Group Registration is available to a team of three or more people.
These Full Conference Passes includes the following: Opening & Keynote Session, All Educational Sessions, (Unless noted) All Networking Events, and Exhibit Floor. Valid for the entire length of the conference.

Special Promotions:
Special registration rates are available for events such as the CIO Roundtable, Property Management Innovation Summit, Integrator Roundtable, Seminar Attendees, or other Promotional Group Pricing. Promo code required.

Attendee Terms and Conditions:
A: Refund Policy
Cancellations:
All Cancellations must be in writing and received by Realcomm by April 22, 2024 to receive a refund. Registration fees and fees for optional events will then be refunded (less a $50 processing fee) via the same method of payment received. After April 22, 2024, only substitution/transfer of registrants is permitted. No-shows will not receive a refund.

Transfer:
All Transfer of Registration or substitutions must be received by Realcomm in writing prior to April 30, 2024. Transfer of Registration fee is $50.00 per transfer or substitution. No transfer of Complimentary Registrations will be considered.

Special Promotions:
Special Promotion rates apply to new registrations only and cannot be applied to existing registrations. Special Promotion Registrations are Non-transferable. Only one promotional rate per attendee is allowed. Special Promotion rates cannot be combined with any other special promotion or offer.

B: General Liability
Each registrant is responsible for their own safety and is required to carry the appropriate insurance to cover themselves while participating in Realcomm, either before, during or after the event. Realcomm shall assume no liability for any injury or illness that occurs previous to, during or after this event. I Acknowledge that I am aware that by entering the premises and participating in the Event (s) that there are risks to me and to those with whom I interact of exposure, directly or indirectly, to communicable disease(s) including but not limited to “COVID-19” and/or any mutation or variation thereof.

I voluntarily agree to RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE on behalf of myself or on behalf of others with whom I interact, Realcomm, the sponsors, attendees, exhibitors, speakers, vendors or staff and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as “Releasees”, from all liability, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefor, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

I agree to INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur arising out of or related to my illness or death, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. By agreeing to this agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while attending the Event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the Event may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, Realcomm employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.

C: Event Postponement
It is agreed that in the event of 1) a fire 2) an act of God or natural disaster, 3) military activity, or 4) major airlines strike, 5) government restrictions relating to COVID-19, or other circumstance that makes it impossible or inadvisable for Realcomm to hold the conference at the time and place herein provided, Realcomm reserves the right to postpone the conference and reschedule at such a time that the situation is remedied and deemed possible and advisable.

D: Speaker/Sponsor/Exhibitor Attendance
Realcomm will make a reasonable attempt to attract Speakers, Sponsors and Exhibitors but does not guarantee their attendance.

E: Photos, Video and Audio Recordings
Realcomm maintains the ownership rights for all photos, video and audio material obtained throughout the conference and holds the right to use those materials for any reasonable purpose, providing they are not harmful to the participant and are in accordance with all national, state and local laws.

F. Contact details may be provided to sponsors and exhibitors if the registrant allows them to scan their badge. The contact details will be used to follow up on such interactions. Use of this contact data by sponsors and exhibitors is governed by each’s Privacy Policy.
