TSX Broadway is a $2.6-billion megaproject in Manhattan’s Times Square, one of the most iconic (and visited) sites in the world. Located at 1568 Broadway, partners L&L Holding Company, Fortress Investment Group and the Nederlander Organization have created a first-of-its-kind full-building promotional platform.
The site includes a 550,000 SF, 46-story tower which incorporates numerous exclusive features, including a permanent outdoor stage suspended 30 feet above Times Square; the largest and most technologically advanced signage and lighting package in Times Square; 10 floors of flexible retail/experiential space and a new Tempo by Hilton hotel. The project consists of redevelopment (a $50 million renovation of the historic 109-year-old Palace Theater) and the newly built tower, retail space, and 18,000-square-foot podium LED display.
