Paul Ricci is a partner and national leader of CohnReznick’s Technology+ group. Barak Sahar is Chief Information Officer of Silverstein Properties. In this role, he leads the company’s information technology strategy across its property and corporate portfolios, with a focus on operational resilience and data analytics. Barak oversees enterprise platforms including infrastructure, ERP systems, enterprise AI enablement, automation, and data solutions. Barak has been with Silverstein Properties since 2019, initially serving as VP of Applications before advancing to SVP of Applications & Infrastructure and ultimately to his current role as CIO. Prior to joining Silverstein, he served as a Technical Program Director at Audible, an Amazon company, where he led full-lifecycle delivery for financial, HR, and CRM systems. Earlier in his career, Barak held technology leadership roles at PBF Energy and Ness Technologies, where he built a deep foundation in ERP implementations, M&A integrations, and enterprise application management.

Devang Amin is currently a Senior Business Intelligence + AI Design Analyst at COPT. He focuses on AI design, governance, and applied data work across the enterprise, with an emphasis on practical, governed AI use in commercial real estate.

Christina Gratrix is a Senior Director of Product Management at Altus Group, where she sits at the intersection of AI, data, and product strategy for commercial real estate technology. She leads initiatives across data and analytics platforms, translating complex capabilities into practical tools that support investment decision-making across Canada and the United States. With over a dozen years in commercial real estate, Christina has worked across occupier and investor segments, holding product and project management roles at JLL and CBRE before joining Altus Group. Since 2021, she has been exploring AI use cases in CRE products, focusing on how emerging technologies can serve as a genuine competitive advantage. Christina takes a cross-functional approach to innovation, working closely with engineering, data science, and design to ensure that what gets built delivers real-world impact for clients.

Tim Dinh is Founder and CEO of StackDC and an authority on AI transformation strategy for operational teams. With 15+ years driving enterprise technology change, he focuses on practical adoption by aligning top-down strategy with bottom-up execution. Tim and his team built StackDC as an enterprise SaaS automation platform for commercial real estate and adjacent sectors, combining AI workflows, structured data capture, and operational analytics. His mission is to equip organizations with tools that reduce manual friction, support frontline teams, and improve efficiency, control, and measurable business outcomes.

Todd Burner sets product strategy, pricing, and go-to-market direction at Kastle, shaping how managed physical security evolves for commercial real estate. He joined Kastle in 2019 after 12 years at CEB, now Gartner, where he led a $160 million business segment and directed the research behind the Wall Street Journal bestseller The Challenger Sale. He brings a product leader's perspective on where security technology is headed and what property teams should expect from it.

Francis L. Gangemi is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience leading operational transformation, growth, and value creation across professional services, SaaS, technology product, and advisory businesses. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of BDI. He co-founded InSite, a SaaS-based PropTech company, helping scale the platform from inception, secure majority private equity investment, and complete a hospitality acquisition that doubled portfolio revenue. Previously, as a Managing Director at PwC, he led CIO Advisory and related practices and integrated a substantial application managed services portfolio. Before that, he built BearingPoint’s global Managed Services practice from a single client into a major P&L spanning North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific.
