Ali is a Forbes magazine contributor, certified energy manager, author, speaker, and university guest lecturer in engineering and sustainability.

He began his career consulting on energy projects and building commissioning and has spent the last 15 years in building technology and operations through various roles.

Chris Guest is the Manager for Standford’s Sustainability, Utilities and Infrastructure Business Systems Team. He has been at Stanford for ten years supporting utility metering, billing, reporting and sustainability. Chris is currently wrapping up transitioning Stanford from an eDNA utility data historian to an OSI Pi system, and reevaluating data strategy and emphasizing data governance has been a primary focus.

With over 40 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Management , Ronald Zeccardi leads the firm’s project management services as Partner at Pirot & Associates. Ronald began his career in 1980 with NET Properties Management in Boston, MA, as a Field Supervisor, overseeing 15 Commercial Office Buildings and Strip Shopping Centers across Boston, New Hampshire, and Maine. In 1983, he joined Helmsley Spear as Assistant Property Manager at 420 Lexington Ave., eventually advancing to Vice President of Property Management at 230 Park Ave. from 1986 to 1992. He later moved to One Penn Plaza in 1992.
