Description
As technology reshapes multifamily operations, companies are rethinking property management. Centralized models promise efficiency, cost savings, standardization and improved data and analytics. However, strategies vary based on the characteristics of individual portfolios. This session brings together senior leaders from three very different organizations to share first-hand experience implementing centralized maintenance, leasing and property administration. It will also examine the enabling role of technology, including automation, AI, and data infrastructure, in the new operating model. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how shifting operational structures impact efficiency, costs, and resident satisfaction, and how to future-proof their approach in an evolving market.
