He provides product and market strategy guidance to building owners/operators, established building management firms, technology providers, investors, and early-stage innovators. Previously, he served as Director of Product at Lucid Design Group and was a product manager at Johnson Controls.


Francisco Acoba is a Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting with more than 22 years of global experience providing management consulting services to corporate services, corporate real estate, workplace, and facilities management organizations within Fortune 500 companies and the world’s largest public sector entities. Based in New York, NY, he serves as U.S. Lead for Deloitte’s Digital Real Estate Transformation business and its Smart Building Initiative.


Tamara Adams is the Vice President of Global Direct Sales and Marketing for Honeywell Connected Buildings, under Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). Joining Honeywell in the summer of 2019, Tamara brings with her more than 20 years of experience across global business segments in global leadership, innovation, enterprise technology sales, professional services, partner management, and business transformation.


Jeff Adler is Vice President, Yardi® Matrix, which offers the industry’s most comprehensive market intelligence service for multifamily, office, industrial, self storage and student housing property types. He also serves as Yardi’s industry principal for the self storage, manufactured housing and associations markets. Prior to joining Yardi, Jeff held positions at AIMCO, Progressive Insurance, Oppenheimer & Co. and Strategic Planning Associates Inc., among others.


Lalit Agarwal is the Director of Maintenance & Utility Services at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (UNL). He began his career as a computer analyst at UNL in 2000 as part of a team that designed and developed the 3rd generation of UNL’s proprietary building automation system. As facilities needs have morphed, Lalit has taken an increased responsibility for building maintenance, utility infrastructure and energy management.


Shubh Agarwal is the SVP of 5G at Metaswitch, a Microsoft company. He is responsible for the 5G Edge solution with a mandate to simplify and accelerate the adoption of 5G by enterprises for their digital transformation initiatives. He is also an angel investor and entrepreneur with experience in mobile commerce and cloud communications platforms. Shubh has a 25 year strong track record in new market entry and delivering new mobile network products into the global service providers for Nortel, Siemens and Mavenir.


Aaron Altscher is the Director of CRE Technology Initiatives at Carr Properties. Along with identifying and implementing technical innovation within Carr, Aaron is the lead architect and developer of The Carr Experience mobile platform, which delivers Carr Properties’ rich amenity centered workspace experience to tenants. Aside from The Carr Experience, Aaron oversees the technology development for building operations, digital signage, and marketing efforts. Prior to Carr, Aaron served as Founding Principal of Altscher Consulting where he independently led IT projects for such companies as 7-Eleven, Mercedes-Benz, Wolfgang Puck, and Kettler Management.


Jose Amaya is the Chief Engineer- Mechanical & electricall at the Gaylord Rockies and was part of the opening team. He has been with Marriott for nearly 14 years.


Steven Anson is VP of Vertical Market Solutions at Anixter where he is currently focused on further developing Anixter's Infrastructure as a Platform (IaaP) program - a comprehensive solutions approach that addressees customer technology challenges within different environments and vertical markets. Steve draws upon over 30 years of sales, distribution and technical solutions experience in the network and communications industry and has held various business management and marketing positions throughout Asia Pacific, EMEA and North America.


Shan Arora is the Director of The Kendeda Building for Innovative Sustainable Design at Georgia Tech. He is responsible for programmatic and operational oversight of Kendeda and coordinates efforts to ensure the operation and certification of the building under the LBC standards. Shan also champions sustainable design in the built environment throughout the Southeast.




Leading the design and strategy of the business’ target operating model including managing processes and technology change whilst building partnerships with providers to realise the new model.






Porter Bellew is VP, CIO for Federal Realty Investment Trust. He is responsible for the Trust’s information technology strategy, services, operations and team. Porter has over 25 years of experience in real estate information management.


Currently, Keith Bereskin is the Vice President of Information Technology & Building Operations at Healthpeak Properties, a fully integrated real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests primarily in real estate serving the United States healthcare industry. Keith previously gained IT experience with companies in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Semi-Conductor sectors.



Howard Berger has over 30 years of experience in technology and commercial/investment real estate. As Realcomm's SVP Programs, he manages its US and international conferences and CIO programs. Previously, he was with The Jamesan Group, which specialized in strategic technology consulting for the commercial real estate industry and prior to that, he was with TRW Real Estate Information Systems where he developed real estate information systems for the mortgage, appraisal and title insurance industries.


Keith Berkoben is a senior Google engineer with fifteen years of experience in IoT and seven years focused on building systems. In his role, Keith is responsible for the design and implementation of technology to accumulate, analyze and act upon data at scale across Google's real estate portfolio. Keith is also one of the creators of the open source Digital Buildings ontology and toolset.


Wade Berner is the Director of Systems Performance & Turnover at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he is responsible for the commissioning, energy efficiency and turnover of MIT's 12 million + square foot Cambridge campus. Wade is a registered Professional Engineer in both the US and Canada and has been involved with facility commissioning and optimization for over 18 years. He has been fortunate to have implemented these strategies on some interesting facilities including BSL4 laboratories and a rocket launch complex.


Kimberly Bertz is a change management, organization strategy and operations leader. She leads Wells Fargo's Real Estate Strategic Services & Operations (RESSO) team, which is responsible for workplace experience and innovation, real estate digital platforms, service implementation, lease administration, records management, properties-related contact center, and enterprise event center and team member collaboration amenities. Her team has established CPG as the enterprise real estate Center of Excellence, transitioning real estate operations for 350 locations managed by seven diverse lines of business, to CPG.




Don Bleaney is the Senior Director at One11 Advisors and leads One11's data strategy practice. Don has over 25 years of technology, accounting and financial experience with the last 17 years focused in the real estate industry. Don has led many strategic and operational projects for leading global and domestic real estate owners, operators and investors and serves as a trusted advisor to the industry's leading technical and business executives.


Matthew Boukall is responsible for data strategy, new product development, and geographic expansion, with the Data Solutions business at Altus Group. He has recently led the development of Altus Data Studio, Altus Group’s new platform for real estate data visualization. Matthew is a frequent presenter at Altus Group events and is regularly featured in the media, providing commentary and insight on Canadian markets and has been interpreting market trends, data, and providing advice for developers, investors and financial institutions for over 16 years.


Nathan Bricklin is SVP and Head of Social Strategy for the Wholesale Services Group at Wells Fargo. He leads the workplace experience efforts for Wells Fargo’s 200,000+ U.S. employees. His team works to continually enhance the workplace experience to support shifting work styles and evolving business strategies. Prior to leading the workplace experience team, Nathan led the employee innovation, enterprise collaboration and digital customer experience teams and was part of the team that launched the Commercial Electronic Office® customer portal. He has been a Wells Fargo team member for 23 years.


James Brogan, AIA RIBA NCARB, is currently a Principal / CIO with Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), responsible for the overall strategy and integration of digital technologies in KPF’s nine global locations, including Digital Practice, information, data and knowledge management, advanced modeling and immersive technologies, the KPF intranet.


Sue Bunnell is SVP & Managing Counsel at Wells Fargo. She is a pragmatic and results-focused legal leader. She put her 20+years of experience in technology, IP, security/privacy, and outsourcing to great use when counseling Wells Fargo executive leadership on a wide range of legal, regulatory and administrative functions for its extensive third-party service provider population, sustainability and green energy efforts, and diverse corporate properties. She has worked in and around cloud computing, payments processing, renewable energy, AI, distributed ledger/block chain and other innovative fintech solutions.







Jesse Carrillo is SVP and CIO for Hines. He is responsible for directing all corporate technology, strategy and standards for Hines worldwide. At Hines since 1994, he previously assisted in the implementation of the firm's accounting and property management software, held the lead IT role in the Enterprise Resource Planning implementation, and led the application development team until taking over as the head of Information Technology in 2007.


John Caruso is Managing Director, Head of Finance for Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world with $125 billion in AUM as of December, 2018. John is a member of the Investment Committee, OpCom and Executive Leadership Team He currently serves on the NCREIF/PREA Reporting Standards Council and is currently chairman of the Global Standards Steering Committee leading a global initiative between NCREIF, PREA, INREV and ANREV.


Paul Challoner, VP Network Product Solutions for Ericsson North America, is responsible for radio products including 4G, 5G & IOT. With 20 years in the telecom industry he possesses extensive industry experience and has innovated bringing numerous radio products to market specializing in the field of wireless communication.


Henry Chamberlain directs BOMA International’s staff in support of the association's 87 U.S. local associations, BOMA Canada and its 11 regional associations, and 17 BOMA international affiliates. Founded in 1907, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is a federation of U.S. local associations and global affiliates. The leading trade association for commercial real estate professionals for more than 100 years, it represents the owners, managers, service providers and other property professionals of all commercial building types, including office, industrial, medical, corporate and mixed-use.




Greg Cichy is the Managing Director of Real Estate Management Services for the Washington DC metro area with Colliers International. Colliers is a global leader in commercial real estate services with more than 16,300 professionals operating from 502 offices in 67 countries. Greg has more 23 years of commercial real estate experience and before joining Colliers International, he held positions at Vornado Realty Trust, Grubb & Ellis Company and Hines Interests.




Cory Clarke is Vice President of Product Management for RXR’s Digital Lab, where he is leading the development of RxWell – a comprehensive, public-health-based, data-driven platform for the workplace. He is responsible for software and hardware roadmap, technology partnerships, go-to-market and deployment for the RxWell products and services across RXR’s portfolio as well as 3rd parties. Cory brings to RXR 20+ years of experience bridging technology and design to deliver compelling user experiences.



Carol Ann Colbert has over 25 years of experience in delivering strategic real estate initiatives. Her work has included portfolio optimization, real estate integration in mergers and acquisitions and the delivery of numerous layered workplace and real estate strategies, all requiring change leadership in alignment with Business objectives. She has worked in several different industry sectors - including financial services, energy, and technology - and brings a fresh perspective on the implications digital transformation will have on the workplace. In her career, she is passionate about learning, listening, and leadership.


Rob is a Principal Engineer in IT Infrastructure at Intel, responsible for Network Manageability and IoT Infrastructure. His deep experience with wireless sensor technologies has enabled IT to standardize on wireless telemetry and location sensor infrastructure. Recently, Rob has been driving IoT infrastructure standardization with the IoT TWG, defining how IoTG and IoT market products land within Intel to solve business problems. Rob has been an Intel Patent committee member for five years and holds 16 U.S. patents himself.






Tim Curran joined Building Engines as a Board Director in 2011 and as CEO in 2017, the fourth time he has held the CEO position for a B2B SaaS company. Prior to Building Engines, Tim served as CEO of Corvium, Eleven Technologies, and Vela System, which pioneered field automation on iPads for CRE construction projects, which is now Autodesk BIM360. Previously, Tim was Chief Revenue Office of I-many, which IPO'd in 2000, after starting his career at Accenture, developing and implementing software applications across a range of industries and business processes.
Kevin Danehy is currently the Global Head of Corporate Development at Brookfield. The group works to accelerate growth across its portfolio of assets under management in markets globally through various means including direct transactions, M&A, JVs and strategic alliances. Previously, when he joined Brookfield in 2013 he was the Executive Chairman of Brookfield Global Relocation Services and had overall responsibility for growth of the company and served as the primary lead with the company’s board and leveraging the firm’s extensive relationships.


Emmanuel Daniel is responsible for building and delivering the Digital Transformation strategy for campuses across Microsoft and leads a global multidisciplinary team of architects and experience designers. He builds experiences that merge technology with the built environment, leading to the formation of spaces that respond to the needs of its users. He is also accountable for identifying, building and implementing the next generation of products that will make smarter and sustainable buildings.





As Chief Administrative Officer, Chandra Dhandapani is responsible for CBRE’s Digital & Technology, People, Marketing and Research organizations. She and her team are responsible for CBRE’s effort to recruit, retain and develop the industry’s top market-facing, functional and leadership talent, amplify CBRE’s already strong brand position and thought leadership and its global Marketing and Research capabilities. She joined CBRE in 2016 to lead the company’s digital strategy and all aspects of technology globally. She and her team provided the technology capabilities and infrastructure to support CBRE’s clients and professionals across the globe. Chandra has turbocharged CBRE’s approach to leveraging technology as an enabler, assembled a high performing team and strengthened CBRE’s expertise in harnessing data as a differentiator.


Mike DiBenedetto oversees all of Northland's IT strategy, services, and operations to ensure alignment with business objectives, efficiency in operations, and to drive innovation forward for both employees and residents. Before joining Northland, Mike had over 15 years of progressive IT experience and most recently served as the Director of Global IT for Sekisui Diagnostics. While there, he was responsible for the direction and strategy of technology and developed strong delivery capabilities around applications, infrastructure, and end-user services within a global organization.


James Dice is the founder of Nexus Labs, a media company, consultancy, and online school for smart buildings technology. James holds a professional engineering license and has a background in energy management, data analytics, commissioning, and HVAC design. Nexus Labs provides a free weekly newsletter and podcast covering the latest trends in smart buildings technology.




John Dulin is a 30-year global telecom and enterprise executive and has held senior positions in product management, marketing and sales in the areas of fiber optics, wireless and new technology development. Currently with Corning, John is focused on introducing its fiber optic and wireless innovations to the commercial real estate market.







Robert Entin is currently EVP and CIO for Vornado Realty Trust, one of the nation's largest real estate investment trusts. Mr. Entin had founded Integrated Business Systems, Inc. in 1979 combining technical engineering expertise with accounting and property management experience to provide turnkey technology solutions for the real estate industry. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University where he teaches a master’s course in IT & The Real Estate Enterprise.






Aviva Fink has over a decade of experience leading high performing teams in strategy, marketing and customer experience. Her clients have spanned multiple sectors, including commercial real estate firms, hedge funds and PE shops.


John Fitzpatrick is a Managing Director and Global Chief Technology Officer of Blackstone Real Estate within the Technology and Innovations group. He is responsible for all aspects of technology across Blackstone Real Estate and our portfolio companies and also oversees the Blackstone Innovations investment program, which seeks to unlock value for our LPs and the firm by taking stakes in targeted, early stage, technology-based investment opportunities.




Sam Flis is Director, Property Technology at BentallGreenOak, a leading, global real estate investment management advisor and a globally recognized provider of real estate services. He works closely with the Real Estate Services team to promote the value of technology as an enabler to Smart Building design and tenant satisfaction. Sam also helps internal and external clients understand the value of data-driven building technologies in a commercial, retail, industrial and residential real estate portfolio to better leverage technology, data, and IoT solutions to drive value to the business, and deliver sustainable solutions.




Tamara Friedman drives Intel’s long term, global smart buildings strategy. With a Design Thinking and Change Management background, she led Intel’s PTK1 Smart Building project in Israel, dubbed the Smartest Building in the World. Following a successful deployment, she continues to enable Intel’s evolution from smart buildings to a smart enterprise as part of construction design in the EMEA region.


Denise Froemming is IREM’s CEO & EVP. She leads a staff of 66 association professionals dedicated to serving more than 20,000 individual members and 540 member firms spread across a network of 94 U.S. and international chapters and supported by an annual budget in excess of $12 million. Froemming is a senior level executive who offers more than 20 years of experience building, leading and advising organizations through complex restructurings, market expansions and organizational transformations.


David Gallagher is a project manager at Oxford Properties, one of Canada’s leading commercial real estate companies. His responsibilities are focused on the strategy and execution of Oxford’s Smart Building program, including implementation of portfolio-wide building system infrastructure and software platforms. Experienced in energy management, he also has a background in using data and analytics to optimize energy use and facility operation.


Susan Gerock currently serves as VP, Information Technology and CIO for Washington REIT, a publicly traded REIT based in Washington, DC. She has over 20 years' experience in various technology roles spanning manufacturing, consulting, application service provider, and commercial real estate organizations. Her specialties include ERP selection and implementation, project and change management, and cybersecurity. She is also a proponent of the use of social media and the overlapping relationship between technology and marketing.


Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software, he has spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. Patrick has led corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, he has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate verticals.


Evandro Gigante is a partner in the Labor & Employment Law Department and co-head of the Employment Litigation & Arbitration group and the Hiring & Terminations group. He represents clients through a variety of labor and employment matters, including allegations of sexual harassment, race, gender, national origin, disability and religious discrimination. Evandro also counsels employers through reductions-in-force, employee relations issues and other sensitive employment matters.


John is COO/EVP/CTO of Rudin Management Company (RMC which manages 15 million square feet of commercial and residential space, the largest privately owned real estate company in NYC owned by the Rudin Family. John has been involved in every major project the company has developed over the last 24 years. As a co-inventor of Nantum® building operating system and Executive Chairman of Prescriptive Data, his vision is to future proof real estate by giving all buildings a 'brain'.



Karen is the VP of Global Workplace Strategy and the Change Management Program Manager for Fidelity Investments. She embraces an entrepreneurial spirit and focuses on understanding the business, empowering teams and creating new ways to engage employees in purposeful experiences while in the workplace. Her goal always includes demonstrating value through innovation and considers both the physical and virtual worlds.



With over 27 years of association management experience, Don Don Gilpin currently serves as the President/Chief Operating Officer for IFMA – International Facility Management Association (www.ifma.org). Gilpin oversees the training products, credentials, global events, membership experience, international business development, and general operations for IFMA.


Don Goldstein is the CEO at 5Q Cyber, where he helps companies become more secure by providing the full spectrum of managed cyber security services. His past roles in the real estate industry have included Chief Information Officer and most recently, Chief Information Security Officer. He has twenty years’ experience in advising the CRE industry in technology and security strategy.


Mike Goodwin is Stockbridge's Director of Technology, CISO. He oversees information technology, information security and cybersecurity for the firm. He has a combined 18 years in the industry across different operational functions.


Mike Gordon is Chief Executive Officer of Altus Group (TSX: AIF), a leading provider of software, data solutions and independent advisory services to the global commercial real estate industry. He is a seasoned global leader who previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Callcredit Information Group, a U.K.-based information solutions company focused on data, analytics and technology solutions.


Brian Granath joined OA Development in 1998 as Associate and became Partner in 2007. In this role, he oversees the company’s operations specifically focusing on acquisitions, asset management and property management. Brian has been involved with the development and acquisition of more than 4 million SF of office, flex and industrial space in partnership with tenants such as Coca Cola, Porsche Cars, Black+Decker, PNC Bank, Pond Engineering, Kellogg’s and more.


Cheryl Gray joined QuadReal in January 2017 as Executive Vice President leading the Enterprise Innovation Team, providing expertise to the Canadian real estate portfolio in sustainability, environmental health and safety, national contracts and property management best practices. She recently launched QuadReal’s Digital Innovation initiative that will encourage, support and implement innovative technology in their real estate assets to create and sustain long term value.


Anjanette Green has over 15 years of experience in Architecture and Design, advising on single and multi-attribute building and material certification projects across the globe. As director and co-author of RESET, Anjanette is spearheading the world's first and only certification program focused solely on Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). As a former resident of Shanghai, China, Anjanette worked on the first fully certified RESET project in the world and has been on the forefront of investigative research and critical analysis of the health and well-being of building occupants for the better part of her career.



Arv Gupta is an accomplished operations executive with over 25 years of experience in leading business renewal, and building sustainable customer value propositions with a number of major retail organizations. Arv is currently responsible for driving national operational efficiency and effectiveness, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer experience across all Cadillac Fairview properties.


Marc Gurrell is co-leader of Seyfarth Shaw’s New York real estate practice. His expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing transactions and litigation strategy, having practiced in numerous areas of the law. He also handles mezzanine and preferred equity transactions. Marc counsels clients from entrepreneurial startups to large privately held companies through each phase of growth as outside general counsel. He advises on issues of appropriate form of organization, business plans, stockholder, partnership and operating agreements, commercial transactions and dispute resolution.


Will has driven computer vision and AI at Microsoft first as an early program manager on the HoloLens project and now in the Azure AI platform focused on responsibly democratizing AI.


Gerry Hamilton directs the Facilities Energy Management department at Stanford University, which includes the operation of the campus Energy Management & Control System and oversight of the University's energy efficiency programs. Gerry ensures that buildings and associated processes are operated efficiently and that new facilities incorporate best practices for energy use.


David Handwork is Arkansas State University's Assistant Vice Chancellor of Facilities. He was previously the Director of Planning Design and Construction and before that, Director of Engineering Services). Under David’s leadership, the campus energy management controls were consolidated under a single system, with all new installations and programming managed with A-State staff. David’s 22 years of professional experience includes major capital construction management in higher education and food processing, engineering design, and management of multiple teams of professionals.


Mark Hansen is the CIO at Dexus, one of Australia’s leading real estate groups. Dexus owns and manages $31.8 billion of property across the office, industrial, retail and healthcare sectors, with a $11.2 billion development pipeline of city-shaping projects. Mark has over 25 years of technology experience in developing and executing IT strategies to drive business performance and improve productivity across a range of sectors including Investment Banking, Energy and Commercial Property.






Jeff Hendler is CEO of Logical Buildings, a smart building software and solutions company that empowers property management with real-time operations data and actionable digital guidance to improve both human and building performance.


Jackie Henke is Head of Innovation for Enterprise Real Estate at TD Bank where she is focused on connecting the benefits of lifecycle thinking and innovation to deliver quantifiable value to the organization. Jackie leads the innovation strategy for the Enterprise Real Estate group and helped establish the Bank’s IDEAS Program which is responsible for delivering continuous improvement and innovation in design, construction, and operations of retail and corporate facilities. Jackie is also leading the workplace utilization strategy for the bank which is focused on the intersection of technology and observational data sources to deliver an enhanced colleague experience and ensure portfolio efficiency.


Damon Hernandez works in many areas of the Web3D industry and has been active in virtual environments and the 3D web for 20 years. As co-founder of IDEAbuilder, a high-tech building company that uses immersive technologies and robotic manufacturing to build more efficiently. He has built numerous mixed reality applications and has lead dozens of research projects in multiple domains.


John recently retired as Executive Director of Global Building Engineering Services for Warner Media’s Global Real Estate team. In his role, he provided strategic and technical direction for building engineering services across the Warner Media (formerly Time Warner) portfolio and leads Centers of Excellence (COEs) for best practices in areas including equipment maintenance, HVAC, critical systems, fire/life safety, utilities operations, infrastructure planning, work order management, BMS, electrical, plumbing, and energy management.


Dave Hewett supports leaders as they navigate sustainability, leadership and other organizational & strategic challenges. Dave has over 30 years of business experience, including work in all aspects of the Real Estate and Facilities industry, working for both owners and service providers.


Jeff is an experienced executive and entrepreneur who leads RF Connect’s go-to-market strategy for delivering forward-leaning wireless broadband solutions including Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, CBRS, FirstNet and LAN infrastructure to connect people, devices and buildings to make them more productive, happier and safer. He serves on multiple industry group boards and committees, and has previously advised to start-up companies on the development of business plans, funding and sales execution.


Dean Hopkins is currently COO of Oxford Properties. He draws on over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, public company CEO, change agent, and thought leader to organizations seeking to leverage technology to achieve their global ambitions.

As the leader of one of Hepta Systems’ fastest growing departments, Jason Houck is in charge of the design and implementation of smart building networks. He has over fourteen years of experience implementing and servicing Building Automation and Security Systems. His responsibilities include project management, programming, network design, and verification of building systems for both retrofit and new construction projects. Jason also has an extensive IT background which allows him to fully appreciate the importance of a properly designed network.



As VP, IT, Gord Howells is responsible for executing the corporate technology strategy and oversees Primaris’ business information, marketing and analytics systems. In his twenty-year IT career, he has extensive experience developing and executing technology strategies in a diverse range of business environments.


Tama Huang is Chief Innovation Officer. A member of CohnReznick’s senior leadership team, she leads a culture of innovation – cultivating teaming across the Firm to generate new ideas, implement emerging technologies, and improve procedures to drive growth for CohnReznicks and its people. As the Architect and Master Space Planner for the International Monetary Fund (IMF) Olivia Millar, IIDA, LEED AP, is responsible for how the Fund utilizes the three million square foot headquarters campus in downtown Washington DC.
