The CoRE Tech Advisory Council is a distinguished group of Corporate Real Estate Executives and Facilities Professionals committed to furthering the adoption of technology, automation and innovation in the industry. They provide guidance and assistance in shaping the education content by identifying pertinent topics, ideas, strategies and solutions relating to the management of corporate real estate assets and operations.

Shalaya Shipman is the Senior Manager of Operations for Real Estate and Workplace Services at Salesforce. She is responsible for technology implementation, global reporting and internal audit compliance, and partners with Sales to showcase how Salesforce uses Wave Analytics Cloud to drive business decisions impacting the workplace. Prior to joining Salesforce, Shalaya held a service-provider role at CBRE, supporting strategy and planning for a regional financial services client.

Stuart Appley is the Technology Solutions Leader for the West Division of CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions Group, where he is responsible for providing executive technology oversight, innovation and consulting to current and potential clients across the region. He was previously the Chief Information & Technology Officer at Shorenstein Realty Services, where he led the transformation of the company’s technology environment into an innovative organization, championing and leading new digital engagement opportunities. Stuart is a frequent speaker on innovation and he serves on several advisory boards for emerging technology companies, industry organizations and VCs.
Kevin Bates is the owner of Sharp Development company. Over the past six years, he has concentrated on retrofitting older generation concrete tilt-up buildings that are carbon neutral, have a net zero energy bill as well as a strong emphasis on the health and wellness of the interior environment for the occupants. The driver for Kevin is to demonstrate that this way of repurposing existing building stock can be done in a manner that is more profitable for the ownership than the less expensive way of building to meet minimum code.
Jean Chick is a Deloitte Partner in Real Estate and Location Strategy with over 21 years of experience. She is a leader in real estate technology enablement, portfolio optimization, advanced workplace strategy and operating model design. She has led a global corporate real estate function including all strategy, design, transaction management, facilities and program management. Jean navigates complex financial and operational issues while balancing change management to maximize return on real estate investments.
Daniel Cocosa has 32 years' experience in Communication Infrastructure. For the last 10, he has been the Regional Facility Manager at Google's Northern California Portfolio where he is responsible for developing strategies and systems that support over 5.5 million SF office space and growing R&D, along with the organization's Networked Fire Systems that connects 95 buildings. These systems were built from the ground up using state-of-the-art technologies and often converging systems. Dan has been instrumental in providing staff the high tech tools to support their ongoing maintenance practices for monitoring power; gas; water; 10,000 panel solar arrays; fuel cells and geothermal plant.
Maureen Ehrenberg currently serves as Executive Managing Director of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Corporate Solutions for the Americas and Chair of its IFM Global Specialty Board. She is an internationally recognized expert in the facility management field,and provides strategic direction and expertise to a team of 8,000 who currently manage more than 760 million square feet of property in the Americas and provides leadership to the members of JLL’s Global IFM Board.
Karen Gill is currently Global Program Manager for Change Management/Workplace Strategy at HP. Prior to HP, she held management positions and served clients globally for Herman Miller and Steelcase, within the following functions: Performance Environments, Change Management, Global Product Launch, Advance Solutions, Architectural and Technology Applications, and Enterprise and Educational Sales. These combined experiences allow her to help her clients build a high performing real estate portfolio that maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of the workplace.
Gerry Hamilton directs the Facilities Energy Management department at Stanford University, which includes the operation of the campus Energy Management & Control System and oversight of the University's energy efficiency programs. Gerry ensures that buildings and associated processes are operated efficiently and that new facilities incorporate best practices for energy use. Gerry holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering as well as an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He is also a registered professional engineer in California.
John Hampton is SVP, Innovation and Product Development, at JLL, where he advises corporate occupiers on productivity-boosting portfolio solutions that are closely aligned with corporate business strategies. Previously, he was VP, Enterprise Solutions, at Regus Americas, where he led the corporate accounts division and helped major clients to optimise their real-estate portfolios. John has nearly 30 years of experience in helping organizations enhance business performance through strategic workplace and technology planning, He is an advocate for alternative workplace strategies and the proworking approach to high-impact workplaces. John completed the Executive Market Analysis and Planning program at Wharton and holds a BA degree in architecture and environmental design from Kent State University.
Alex Lewis is the Global Strategic Operations Head of Citi Realty Services where he leads a team which oversees the development and implementation of policy & process, global CRS technology platform management, data compliance and reporting metrics, global resource strategy and monitoring of administrative budget. Over the last 16 years, Alex has served in several operational leadership roles with CRS in Poland and England including EMEA Strategic Workplace Head and Global Building Operations CAO prior to relocating back to the US in 2012 to settle into his current role.
Edward Lubieniecki is a Managing Director of RealFoundations and leads the firm's corporate real estate practice. He has over 25 years' experience as a real estate management consultant. His experience with global corporate and institutional clients includes an extensive variety of assignments of significant complexity.

Paul Maximuk is Energy Manager for Ford Land Energy where he is currently is providing project and program technical guidance to implement global metering of electric, natural gas, steam, water and compressed air systems. He is an Energy Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the HVAC/BMS field. He is an SME specializing in building management and energy reduction. Paul has focused his efforts in large industrial facilities but also has equal expertise in Class A buildings. Additionally he is a problem solver finding the root cause of why mechanical systems do not operate at their peak efficiency.
Scott Morey is currently Executive Director at GPG Advisers and has close to 30 years of experience working in the real estate industry. He has worked globally with numerous real estate owners, operators, developers, advisors and users of real estate with the objective of maximizing the value of their holdings. Scott has developed a strong reputation for his knowledge, creativity, integrity and ability to execute.
Rob Murchison has over 20 years experience in strategy consulting, sales and design of technology to real estate developers and commercial businesses with expertise in networking, and software and data base applications. Rob has been an MIS network specialist with Wix, an equity owner and sales executive at LVTS Integration and a Cisco Systems Partner. He is currently Co-founder and Managing Director of consulting firm Intelligent Buildings Inc., a nationally recognized specialist in real estate technology with expertise in strategy and standards development, organizational alignment and financial analysis. He is on the Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) Intelligent and Integrated Buildings Council, and a Technology Advisory Group project member for Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories and DOE.

Chip Pierpont manages and provides expert guidance on the development and execution of requirements/solutions for building operations and technologies for General Services Administration (GSA), a Public Buildings Service (PBS) government agency tasked with managing government buildings and real estate, providing product and service procurement support, and developing policies and regulations. The landlord for the civilian federal government, PBS owns or leases 8,700 assets, maintains an inventory of more than 370 million square feet of workspace for 1.1 million federal employees, and preserves more than 481 historic properties.
Curt Radkin is the SVP and Sustainability Strategist for Wells Fargo Corporate Properties Group (CPG). In this role, he is responsible for developing strategies and working with other CPG and corporate leaders to engage in sustainable practices that will minimize the environmental impact of Wells Fargo's 100 million square foot corporate real estate portfolio, which accounts for 85 percent of Wells Fargo's GHG emissions. A part of this overall effort is to research and deploy relevant and or innovative technologies to enhance the environmental performance of Wells Fargo properties.
Rudy Reagin is the Global Programme Lead for Deutsche Bank's Corporate Services. With more than thirty years of experience in IT, Rudy is currently responsible for the application architecture that supports lease administration, facilities management, space management, security operations, and a wide range of business services. In recent years, Rudy has driven a data warehousing and BI project that successfully integrates information from a range of sources to facilitate performance monitoring and decision support.
Denise Rotatori leads business model strategy and transformation for Credit Suisse’s Global Business Services which involves designing and applying leading innovation trends like AI, machine learning and cognitive computing to the Bank’s mid-to-back office. Recently, she has been leading the application of innovative Smart Building technology into Credit Suisse’s real estate portfolio focusing on both existing infrastructure and net-new building construction. Denise is a business model strategist by background, with experience driving large-scale change programs across the front- middle- and back-office of the financial services industry.
As Head of Global Workplace Engineering, Victor Sanchez manages over 40+ LinkedIn facilities across the globe. He seamlessly blends design and operations of LinkedIn facilities via data-driven decisions across design pre-construction, construction, energy and facilities management. Victor is responsible for the engaging and high-performance workplace that supports the diverse and dynamic LinkedIn teams and culture.
Darrell Smith has more than 20 years of experience in facility management, with a wide range of industry experience in technology, retail, data centers and manufacturing. He is currently the director of Central Services for Google's Bay Area Portfolio where he oversees a team who is responsible for the facility management, critical environments, planning and other facilities services at one of the most innovative companies in the world. Having spent his career at the intersection of real estate, big data and technology, Darrell believes in using technology as an enabler for progress and optimization.
