Terms
Refund Policy:
All Cancellations must be in writing and received by Realcomm prior to April 15, 2012 to receive a refund. Registration fees and fees for optional events will then be refunded (less a $50 processing fee) via the same method of payment received. After April 15, 2012, only substitution/transfer of registrants is permitted. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Transfer of Registration:
All Transfer of Registration or substitutions must be received by Realcomm in writing prior to April 15, 2012. Transfer of Registration fee is $50.00 per transfer or substitution. No transfer of Complimentary Registrations will be considered.
Promotion Rates:
Special Promotion rates apply to new registrations only and can not be applied to existing registrations. Special Promotion Registrations are Non-transferable. Only one promotional rate per attendee is allowed. Special Promotion rates can not be combined with any other special promotion or offer.
Other:
Realcomm reserve the right to substitute speakers or make changes to the schedule in its sole discretion as required. Realcomm reserves the right to refuse any person admission to the conference event and related activities for any reason.
