ALIGN – A Focus on Business & Management

Quickly becoming one of the more popular tracks at Realcomm, the Business and Management Issues track will deal with such issues as; sourcing, staff development and retention strategies, the changing IT organizational structure, “marketing” IT projects to the executive team, IT budgets, improving communication and alignment with the business units, process automation and management, ROI identification/achievement and “low-hanging fruit”, R&D initiatives, executive sponsorship, business integration, project management, mentorship programs and much more. This track will focus on the most pressing business issues identified by our advisory council and will present leading-edge and provocative thinking from some of the most experienced professionals from around the globe.
