AUTOMATE - Streamlining our Business Processes

Software solutions are integral in the operations of commercial or corporate real estate. Although back office accounting was the genesis of the software revolution, we have seen a significant amount of activity in the development of new applications designed to reengineer work flow and automate more business processes. New applications include property management, lease automation/administration, business intelligence, deal flow, customer relationship management (CRM), document management, tenant communications, company portals and executive dashboards, to name a few. With so many different components of the business being streamlined, we are faced with the debate of whether we should we go down the road of a totally integrated enterprise or try to assemble a combination of disparate solutions “stitched” together to create the ultimate automated workflow. This track will focus on the most current issues and “best-of-breed” thinking as it pertains to automating the “business” of commercial and corporate real estate.
